1. Who We Are

PerShipCRM is developed and operated by Minimal Design Hungary Kft. ("we", "us"), registered at 8000 Székesfehérvár, Budai utca 14. fszt. 1. (Company reg: 07-09-032428, Tax ID: HU29315255). We are the data controller for this website.

2. Your Data Stays on Your Phone

PerShipCRM is designed so that all your personal CRM data — contacts, goals, tasks, history, photos, notes, and settings — is stored exclusively on your mobile phone. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process this data. We have no access to your CRM data whatsoever.

3. What This Website Collects

This website (Minimal Design Hungary Kft.) collects only the minimum necessary to process your purchase:

  • Your email address (to send your activation code)
  • Payment data (processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we do not see or store your card details)
  • Essential cookies (see Cookie Notice)

4. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your email address to deliver your activation code and provide customer support. The legal basis is contract performance — we need your email to fulfill your purchase.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record) for payment processing, subscription management, and tax compliance
  • Our hosting provider for this website
  • Authorities where required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address only as long as necessary to provide the service and handle support requests, then delete it. Your CRM data is never transmitted to us and is retained only on your device until you delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data held by us, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pershipcrm.com. Since all CRM data is on your phone, you have full control over it at all times.

8. Security

This website uses HTTPS encryption. Payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle under PCI-DSS compliance — we never see your card information.

9. International Transfers

Paddle processes payments globally. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your email and payment data may be transferred to countries outside your residence. Paddle applies appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
