PerShipCRM is developed and operated by Minimal Design Hungary Kft. ("we", "us"), registered at 8000 Székesfehérvár, Budai utca 14. fszt. 1. (Company reg: 07-09-032428, Tax ID: HU29315255). We are the data controller for this website.

PerShipCRM is designed so that all your personal CRM data — contacts, goals, tasks, history, photos, notes, and settings — is stored exclusively on your mobile phone. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process this data. We have no access to your CRM data whatsoever.

This website (Minimal Design Hungary Kft.) collects only the minimum necessary to process your purchase:

• Your email address (to manage your account and activation code)
• Payment data (for website purchases, processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we do not see or store your card details)
• For in-app store purchases, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google; we only receive an anonymous purchase token, the product ID, the expiry date, and the link to your account
• Essential cookies (see Cookie Notice)

We process your email address to deliver your activation code and provide customer support. The legal basis is contract performance — we need your email to fulfill your purchase.

We share data only with:

• Paddle (Merchant of Record) for website payment processing, subscription management, and tax compliance
• Apple and Google (independent controllers) for processing in-app store purchases — their own privacy policies apply to their processing (apple.com/legal/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy)
• Our hosting provider for this website
• Authorities where required by law

We retain your email address only as long as necessary to provide the service and handle support requests, then delete it. Your CRM data is never transmitted to us and is retained only on your device until you delete it.

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data held by us, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pershipcrm.com. Since all CRM data is on your phone, you have full control over it at all times.

This service uses HTTPS encryption. Payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle under PCI-DSS compliance — we never see your card information.

Paddle, Apple, and Google process payments globally. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your email and payment data may be transferred to countries outside your residence. These providers apply appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
