We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PerShipCRM, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at info@pershipcrm.com. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

After the Refund Period

After the 30-day refund period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
