Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PerShipCRM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PerShipCRM is a personal CRM application for mobile phones that helps you manage contacts, set relationship goals, and track tasks. The App stores all data locally on your device.

A PerShipCRM subscription can be purchased through three channels. The terms of the channel you choose apply to your purchase.

• Website (Paddle): for purchases on the pershipcrm.com website, our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
• Apple App Store: subscriptions purchased in the app via the App Store are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes). Depending on your country, the purchase is processed by a regional Apple entity under the applicable regional agreement with the developer — as agent or as commissionaire; the Apple terms contain the details.
• Google Play: subscriptions purchased via Google Play are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service (play.google.com/about/play-terms). Google acts as Merchant of Record in most regions; any regional differences are set out in Google's terms.

Minimal Design Hungary Kft. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for the duration of your active subscription. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.

PerShipCRM is offered as a monthly subscription. On the website the price is €10 per month (excluding VAT), processed by Paddle. In the App Store and on Google Play the price is €5 per month (excluding VAT), processed by Apple or Google respectively. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

How to cancel depends on the purchase channel: for website subscriptions at paddle.net; for App Store subscriptions via Apple's subscription management (support.apple.com/HT202039); for Google Play subscriptions via the Google Play subscriptions page (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481). Cancelling means you are not charged for the following month; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

We do not offer a separate money-back guarantee beyond the 31-day free trial. Refunds are handled by the purchase channel as described in the Refund Policy; this provision does not limit your mandatory statutory rights.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Minimal Design Hungary Kft., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL DATA IS STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE AND THAT WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO, CONTROL OVER, OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DATA. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minimal Design Hungary Kft. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
