1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PerShipCRM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

PerShipCRM is a personal CRM application for mobile phones that helps you manage contacts, set relationship goals, and track tasks. The App stores all data locally on your device.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

4. License and Restrictions

Minimal Design Hungary Kft. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for the duration of your active subscription. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.

5. Subscription and Billing

PerShipCRM is offered as a monthly subscription at $10 USD per month (or €10 per month in Europe). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Paddle.

6. No Warranties; "As Is"

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINIMAL DESIGN HUNGARY KFT., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL DATA IS STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE AND THAT WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO, CONTROL OVER, OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DATA. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minimal Design Hungary Kft. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
